How to gel your sea moss:
 
Soak your desired amount of sea moss in distilled water for 4 hours thru 24 hours in a large bowl. 1 inch of water above the sea moss.
Rinse sea moss with more distilled water until clean.
Blend sea moss with distilled water until gel forms
Enjoy by adding fruits, 100% juices, and or vegetables.
