2. Print the prepaid return shipping label(s) that you will receive by email

3. Send all item(s) back to Herbetarian using the label(s) provided

Absolutely! At Herbetarian, we serve you nothing, but top-quality ingredients. Our medicinal herbs are always Certified Organic, wildcrafted, or are ones we grow in our own gardens which are always grown organically and without chemicals!

Our topical products are made with beeswax sourced locally or from quality crafters in the USA. Our plant extracts are made from the world's best herbs suppliers because we want to keep our satisfied customers happy. We also use only 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils in our recipes.

While we ensure that as many of our ingredients are organic and non-GMO, there are a few ingredients that are natural. Therefore, we cannot label our own products as pure organic, because many of our ingredients are sourced directly from us, farmers and other herbalists.

Your health is more important to us than money.

With moderations, we address child safety in any product we make from acknowledging the child's age.

For example, a dose to an adult to drink 1 tablespoonful of a strong decoction vs a child that is very young should drink 5 to 10 drops or a child 5 to 8 years would have to drink half a teaspoonful or a child 8 to 15 years would have to drink one teaspoonful, all dosage should be watered down first. For topical products, you should perform an allergy check meaning apply a generous amount on the inner arm and wait a few hours before continuing use. Extracts can be used in the same amounts as the strong decoction example just dilute it.

There are some potent extracts or essential oils we mix with gentle herbs for younger children to use, but they are very diluted. We use the very gentle herbs and simple recipes on infants as they are fragile. As always, run the ingredients and method by your doctor or a medical professional, as we're not doctors.

It is possible for a pharmaceutical medication to conflict with our herbal ingredients in our products. If you regularly take any medication, it is especially important that you consult your doctor or a medical professional prior to use.
