Raw A2 Milk

Many folks enjoy raw A2 milk cold, straight from the jar. Shake gently if you want to mix the cream back in, or skim the cream off the top if you prefer lighter milk.

Let the Cream Rise
Because this milk is not homogenized, the cream will naturally rise to the top. This is normal.

For best quality, use within 7–10 days. Trust your senses — fresh raw milk smells clean and tastes mildly sweet.
