You’ll learn how these plants interact with the body during REM sleep and how to use them intentionally to support your journey into lucid dreaming. 🌿 During the workshop, you will: 1. Explore a curated herb library. 2. Smell, taste, and learn the properties of a range of calming and dream-associated plants. 3. Taste and experience herbal infusions. 4. Sample guided tea blends designed for relaxation and dream recall. 5. Craft your own lucid dream tea blend. 6. Create a personalized formula to take home, tailored to your taste and sleep style. 7. Create an optional smokable herbal blend. 8. Learn about traditional plant blends and mindful alternatives for evening rituals (with a strong focus on safety and choice). 9. Learn practical lucid dreaming techniques. 10. Including intention setting and methods like wake-back-to-bed. 11. Participate in a guided closing ritual. The Dream Herbarium — Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy 🌙 Booking Policy 1. All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking platform. 2. Full payment is required to secure your place. 3. Spaces are limited to 10 participants and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with workshop details and preparation guidance. 🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy Due to the small group size and preparation involved, we operate a limited cancellation policy: 1. 7+ days before the workshop → Full refund or option to transfer to a future date 2. 3–7 days before the workshop → 50% refund or full credit toward a future workshop 3. Less than 72 hours before the workshop → No refunds However, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend if you’re unable to attend (just notify us in advance with their name). ⚠️ No-Shows 1. Participants who do not attend and do not notify in advance are not eligible for a refund or credit. 🌿 Waitlist Policy Once the workshop is fully booked, a waitlist will be opened. If a spot becomes available, waitlisted participants will be contacted in order of sign-up. You will have a limited time window (typically 12–24 hours) to claim the spot before it is offered to the next person. 📅 Changes & Rescheduling In the rare event that we need to reschedule or cancel the workshop; you will be offered: A full refund, or the option to transfer to a new date. ✨ Additional Notes This workshop is an educational and experiential offering focused on herbal traditions and dream practices. Participants are responsible for informing themselves of any personal sensitivities or contraindications before consuming herbs. We appreciate your understanding—these policies allow us to create a high-quality, intimate experience for every participant.
