🌿 3. WORKSHOP POLICIES & PROCEDURES HERBETARIAN FAMILY FRIENDLY APOTHECARY Herbal Tea Blending Workshop Policies 1. Purpose of the Workshop Herbetarian's workshops are designed for educational and informational purposes. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. 2. Safety Practices * Do not taste any herb you are unsure of. * Inform the instructor immediately if you experience discomfort. * Wash hands before and after handling herbs. * Tools and surfaces will be sanitized before and after class. 3. Allergies & Sensitivities * Participants must disclose any allergies before participating. * Some herbs may not be suitable for pregnant or nursing individuals. * You may decline to use or smell any herb at any time. 4. Workspace Rules * No cross-contamination (use designated spoons). * Keep lids closed when not using herbs. * Be respectful of others’ space and blends. 5. Payment & Refunds * Payments are non-refundable unless the workshop is canceled by the instructor. * Transfers to future workshops may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. 6. Conduct * This is a family-friendly environment. * Respect others’ energy, beliefs, and creative process. * No disruptive behavior. 7.
